WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY?
We offer free exchanges made within 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not offer returns.
HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can cancel you order within 3 hours of placing the order via e-mail. Our e-mail ID- hello@hems.co.in
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
You can raise an exchange request within 7 days from the purchase date. In case of exchange, drop us an email at hello@hems.co.in with order details and reasons to raise a request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue an exchange and ship it to the same address.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:
